We were approached by DMG Investments, a nationally recognized student housing developer with whom we have a very strong relationship and history, with the opportunity to invest in this well located, state of the art, student housing development. Given the supply dynamics in the immediate area, the size of the project, its excellent location relative to campus, the university's commitment to the student experience, and a series of other positive attributes, EastAlliance agreed to join its trusted and experienced partner with a flexible solution that completed the entire capital stack.
Upon completion, this project is slated to be a six (6) story, 136-unit, 252-bed multi-functional student housing facility. Keeping in line with current demand expectations, each unit will feature private bathrooms, full size washer & dryer units, stainless steel kitchen appliances, among other leading amenities. Its location adjacent to campus and community-building amenities will ensure it remains as one of the leading off-campus options for students.
