Support our diverse portfolio of institutional clients, innovative firms, and family office investors in the US and China to develop their strategies, finance their growth, uncover opportunities, and extend their reach.
We advise our clients with capital raises and syndication; assist global partners in loan origination; advise on cross-border transactions ranging from acquisitions to equity investments and debt positions; identify and assess strategic joint venture partnerships and market expansion strategies in the US and China; and, design and implement real estate portfolio strategies in the US and China.
For certain clients, we will conduct research projects to examine and frame market trends, demographics shifts, and drivers of innovation – in a real estate context or through a broader ecosystem lens.
